Are you ready to play a crucial role in our production department? We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join us in accurately branding customer orders and ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way.

This is a Twilight shift position working the hours of 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday.

What will I be doing?

As a Production Operative with SMI, your duties will include:

• To use the embroidery or heatseal machines to accurately and efficiently brand workwear and clothing items for customer orders.
• Picking and prepping for embroidery and heatseal departments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist the production teams when needed.
• Ensure to adopt a “clean as you go” work ethic.
• Ensure that all instructions from Team Leader are implemented and actioned.
• Be conscious of the need to maintain a safe and uncluttered working environment and ensure that best practices are adhered to concerning house-keeping.
• Use due diligence and initiative to outperform set goals.
• Co-operate with management to develop and implement a HSE strategy to achieve an excellent safety record with the aim of eliminating risks and incidents.
• Meet set KPIs
